Overview

We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant

Are you passionate about finance and eager to make an impact in a dynamic organization? Join us as a Senior Accountant and play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance!

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Management:
1) Maintain accurate and organized financial records for accounts payable
transactions.
2) Oversee supplier invoicing processes, including expense reports and check
requests.
3) Review supplier invoices for accuracy before processing payments.
4) Process vendor payments and ensure proper verification of documentation.

Purchase Order and Expense Management:
1) Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
2) Monitor and track utilities and other recurring expenses.
3) Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including vendor
payments, franchisee fees, rentals, and utilities.

Reporting and Auditing:
1) Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales audit reports for stores.
2) Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation.
3) Prepare VAT and Excise Duty returns in compliance with FTA regulations.

Contracts and Agreements:
1) Maintain lease contracts, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
2) Monitor agreement expiration dates and initiate the renewal process
proactively.

Operational Support:
1) Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve
efficiency.
3) Support staff in resolving operational challenges.
4) Manage petty cash and sales collections as required.

IT and Communication:
1) Utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central for financial operations.
2) Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
3) Maintain professional communication in English (written and verbal).

What We’re Looking For:
1) 5-10 years of accounting experience
2) Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial reporting.
3) Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central and advanced Excel skills.
4) Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
5) Work Ethic: Smart-working with a positive attitude.
