2.1. Education Graduate in any discipline, Prefer MBA in HR
2.2. Training Human Resources Management
2.3. Technical knowledge
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and skills.
- Team Management.
- Good command of English.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good computer skills (includes MS Office).
2.4. Experience : Min. 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting. Preferably with experience in international companies.
- Responsibilities / Authorities
3.1. Primary Functions
- Carries out accounting records for invoices, directions, bank transactions, revenues, payments, e.t.c.
- Prepares and controls reports such as VAT Return, Income Tax Return, Stamp Duty and prepares prepaid tax and Corporate Tax Return.
- Carries out payment, reimbursements and advances with the given authority from CCE
- Checks all costs under his/her authorization and get approval of them.
- Checks prepaid advances, follows up supplier invoices and receive them on time and closes the related accounts on time.
- Carries out month-end transactions.
- Carries out other requests on demand coming from top management.
3.2. HSE Requirements
- Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices.
- Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor
- Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
- Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation.
