đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Manager at Sobha Realty. The Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales process within the luxury real estate market. Your key responsibilities will be developing sales strategies, consistently exceeding sales targets, and engaging with high-value clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Management, business development, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within the luxury real estate sector.
- In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- English Fluency is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, Polish, Turkish, French, etc. is preferred.
