Job Summary:
Carlton and Co. Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales team to achieve revenue goals. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, foster relationships with clients, and ensure that our team delivers exceptional service in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
– Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to drive company growth.
– Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
– Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure high performance.
– Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
– Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
– Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
– Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
– Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, laws, and regulations.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
– UAE driving license preferred.
