Overview

As Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales Team in driving revenue and maximizing market opportunities. Based at our Dubai Sales Office, the Sales Coordinator will provide essential coordination and administrative services to assist in ensuring smooth operations and impactful sales efforts across the region.

Some of your main role responsibilities are:

  • Prepare administrative documents and reports required by the Sales Team.
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly commercial meetings.
  • Maintain and manage correspondence databases and filing systems (manual and electronic).
  • Support promotional campaigns and coordinate mass mailings.
  • Assist in compiling budgets, business plans, and departmental action plans.
  • Handle creative briefs and coordinate advertising activities.
  • Update promotional materials and maintain adequate stock of printed items and corporate gifts.
  • Support sales and marketing strategies and plans under the guidance of superiors.
  • Distribute and track sales leads in alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns and follow-up calls to generate leads and increase engagement.
  • Provide departmental payroll and attendance data via Civil Soft.
  • Coordinate and support trade shows, exhibitions, and hotel functions as assigned.
  • Assist Sales colleagues in organizing travel itineraries and weekly plans.
  • Help in the preparation of proposals, groups and FIT contracts.
  • Coordinate site inspections and ensure a memorable experience for potential clients.
  • Handle special requests, bookings, complaints, and IHG Rewards-related matters efficiently.
  • Support sales team entertainment activities and client engagement plans.
  • Provide comprehensive guest information to elevate their experience.
  • Champion IHG Business Rewards and ensure bookers’ activities are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Actively participate in hotel events such as Town Halls, Onboarding sessions, and special celebrations.
  • Assist in planning induction and training schedules for new team members.
  • Assist in all other administration work related to the sales and marketing team, as instructed by the superiors.

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in Sales Coordination or Hotel Sales is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Opera, Delphi, or similar CRM/hospitality systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
