Payroll Officer

Overview

Job Title: Payroll Officer (Abu Dhabi)

Our HR Team is growing and we are hiring a Payroll Specialist with experience of 700+ Blue Collars

Key Responsibilities:

1: Administer Salary disbursement through WPS and manage end-to-end monthly payroll including deductions and OT calculations

2: Handle Edenred card for staff allowance, including reporting and fund uploads.

3: Coordinate with Operations and HR for Incentives and Overtime payments

4: Review and reconcile attendance records and delivery logs for Payroll accuracy

5: Handle all payroll-related queries from Blue Collar employees

Requirements:

– 2+ years of payroll experience in the UAE (blue-collar handling is a plus)

– Strong knowledge of WPS, UAE labor laws, and payroll software
