Operations Manager

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term operational plans.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure resources are used effectively across all operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and increase productivity.
• Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7 – 12+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of optimizing business processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and project management.
• Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and implement effective solutions.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling costs in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to regularly travel to the Middle East (accommodation and transportation costs are fully covered).
• Knowledge of Arabic is not required as all projects are delivered in English, but it would be an additional asset
