Job Description

EPM AM / Manager – Requirements

  • Strong planning, forecasting, financial and management reporting and finance concepts
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of EPM processes across various industries
  • Functional experience in Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF) process
  • Functional financials experience with one or more below mentioned tools
    • Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS), Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Services (PCMCS), Hyperion planning and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
    • SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / SAP Group Reporting (GR)
    • Anaplan
    • OneStream
    • Board
  • Experience in AI/ML or data management use cases in FP&A process
  • Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all phases – plan, design, build, test, deploy implementation of enabling tools mentioned above
  • Experience of having worked on large finance transformation projects from strategy development to operational implementation specifically in EPM / FP&A area
  • Shape the design finance operating models, finance processes and next gen digital finance capabilities in FP&A area
  • Ability to outline the impact of digitization of finance and FP&A function and how tech can be leveraged to deliver long term value to clients
  • Experience of having developed functional requirements documents for any EPM tool implementation
  • Prepare benchmark analysis to optimize and develop entity structures and evaluate target operating models, governance structures for finance and FP&A
  • Managing process improvements or re-engineering initiatives and projects in core finance or FP&A areas like :
    • Performance management (executive dashboards management reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting, analytics and decision support)
    • Record to Report (financial close, consolidation, financial reporting, FA, inventory, payroll)
    • Accounts reconciliation and finance master data management

Good To Have

  • Knowledge of ESG, BEPS pillar 2 and IFRS 16 or related certifications
