The S3 HR and Management Line follows a “User-Focused and Employee-Oriented” philosophy and employs a three-pillar HR organization model. By offering “productized services and marketized management,” the S3 HR and Management Line provides comprehensive support for developing Tencent’s organization, talent, and culture, enabling employees to grow with the company.

What The Role Entails

  • Support in organization company culture events such as team building, culture day, all-hands meeting and to build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Look into employee learning & wellness programmes to help further enhance the culture and happiness for MEA, especially for Dubai office
  • Play a role as the employee life-cycle champion to investigate pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Preparing collaterals and other departmental materials, including reports, surveys, employee records and other HR databaes with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR Documentation and HR related letters
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks working with Office manager
  • Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects from time to time

Who We Look For

  • Currently studying with a bachelor’s degree at any universities in UAE, prior HR/Admin related work experience or internships will be a strong plus
  • Experience in designing newsletters, EDMs and content generation for employee engagement related activities
  • Proactive, energetic and vibrant personality to engage with the businesses
  • Possess strong communication skills in English & Mandarin to communicate with HQ in China
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow up on actions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
