What You’ll Be Doing

The Analyst FP&A is responsible for analyzing risks and economic trends to guide the Business and assist stakeholders in measurement, planning, forecasting of activities, and implications on the income statement and the balance sheet.

You Will Be Expected To:

  • Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business
  • Plan and analyzing the performance of various business modules and industries across the region
  • Establish analytics frameworks across all verticals and preparing presentations on actuals, budgets, and reports
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations on monthly financial figures from business units compared to budget and last year and issue reports as required by the management
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on annual and revised budgets, challenge assumption and propose revisions
  • Run GAP analysis to maintain financial standards as budgeted and process revisions
  • Prepare operating budgets based on previous figures or estimated revenue and expense reports
  • Support monthly closing process, preparation of journal entries, compilation of financial statements and analysis of financial activity
  • Participate in new projects by processing simulations for new joint ventures and preparing business plans, study of the cash flow and P&L
  • Prepare and monitor the performance of internal rate of return (IRR) studies for proposed outlets and new products

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related field.
  • From 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability to present to multi-level stakeholders.
  • Agility and adaptability to navigate through a complex business model
  • A Can-do attitude will make a difference
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and MS Excel.
