Overview

Are you an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in the UAE’s real estate sector? We are seeking a Finance Manager who can bring accuracy, leadership, and compliance expertise to our fast-growing real estate brokerage. This role is critical in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly, transparently, and in alignment with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developer Payment Management: Independently handle follow-ups with property developers regarding monthly reconciliations, commission confirmations, and formal payment reminders.
  • Commission Processing: Ensure that incoming commissions are accurately recorded in the company’s internal system and coordinate with the sales team for timely commission disbursements.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Oversee VAT filings and maintain full compliance with UAE AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws, including CBUAE and KYC reporting.
  • Financial Controls & Advisory: Provide strategic financial recommendations during cost optimization or low cash flow periods—ensuring lawful tax efficiency and business continuity.
  • Audit & Documentation: Prepare and manage financial documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring complete transparency.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting within a UAE real estate brokerage
  • Deep understanding of developer commission structures, AML regulations, and tax laws in the UAE
  • Proficient in accounting software and CRM platforms used in real estate
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
  • Bilingual (English required; Chinese or Arabic is a plus)
