Finance Manager

Job Summary:

Luxe Developers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage our finance function in Dubai. This role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, leading a team of Senior Accountants, ensuring regulatory compliance, strategic financial planning, and providing key insights to support business decisions and growth. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, financial acumen, and real estate industry knowledge to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Senior Accountants.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the management team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.

2. Financial Planning & Reporting

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial health of the business.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

3. Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, IFRS, and other applicable financial regulations.
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls and procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed.

4. Real Estate Finance Oversight

• Monitor project-specific budgets and costs in collaboration with the project and development teams.
• Evaluate project ROI, financing structures, and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collection, and financial documentation related to off-plan sales and project development.

5. Team Management & Development

• Supervise daily operations of the finance and accounts team.
• Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for the accounting team.
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations for team members.

6. System & Process Improvement

• Drive automation and improvements in financial systems and processes.
• Ensure accurate data entry and integration with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Tally).

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting. MBA/CA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the real estate or construction sector.
• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT laws
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Leadership and people management skills and previously managed a team.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (Tally, salesforce. QuickBooks)
• Analytical mindset with a high level of integrity and attention to detail
