Overview
As a Finance Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- WIP & AR cycle improvement and management
- Management Reporting, performance analysis, forecasting and planning
- Enhancing the financial architecture/system to be fit for future growth
- Statutory compliance, accounting and audit (including supervision of outsourced financial support)
- Corporate governance, implementation of compliance with group policies
- Management, development and support of local finance team
Desired Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professionally qualified (CA, ACA (ICAEW), ACCA, CPA)
- 10+ years of experience in Big 4 and/or management accounting within a global organization in the Middle East
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and modern accounting software (Microsoft D365, SAP/Oracle)
- Strong written and spoken English.
