Finance Manager

Objective:

Assist in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s goals. The role will provide detailed financial analysis, accurate reporting, and insightful forecasting to support effective decision-making, and enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and compile detailed monthly financial closing reports.
• Utilize ERP to accurately post month-end accounting entries and maintain meticulous records of financial transactions.
• Review reconciliation of trial balance with financial closing files, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
• Review comprehensive financial statements and reports, organizing and presenting data for analysis and decision-making.
• Analyze financial data to extract key insights and trends, informing strategic decision-making processes.
• Update and refine financial presentations and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Assess monthly funding requirements, conducting detailed analysis to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial sustainability.
• Review payments, maintain an updated payment log, and coordinate timely approvals for financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external/internal auditors and provide all necessary information to conclude their audit.
• Coordinate with PC to finalize the revenue audit. Academic/Skill Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, healthcare accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience Requirements.
