Role Overview

As a Finance & HR Specialist, you’ll wear multiple hats to ensure our finances are in top shape and our people feel valued and supported. You will work closely with management and various departments to foster a culture of trust, transparency, and success.

Key Responsibilities

Finance:

  • Manage accounts payable & receivable
  • Prepare financial reports & budgets
  • Oversee tax filings & ensure compliance
  • Monitor cash flow & financial planning

HR:

  • Manage recruitment & onboarding
  • Maintain employee records
  • Oversee payroll & benefits administration
  • Implement HR policies & procedures
  • Support employee engagement & wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Finance & HR roles
  • Knowledge of accounting principles & HR best practices
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills
  • Proficient with financial software & HRMS tools
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
