What You Will Do:

  • Prepare for the shift, Maintain Symphony, Printers, Guest checks and folders to ensure sufficient stock and preparedness
  • Prepares the float for the department
  • Meet, greet and bid farewell to guest according to standards
  • Open and close the cash bill
  • Enter all data correctly in the Symphony
  • Ensure that all transactions are correct
  • Ensures best practice and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures and communicates the same to the managers
  • Ensures financial performance of operation by diligently controlling all finance accounts related documents, verifies correctness of invoices and guest checks
  • Keep work place tidy and clean at all times, maintains personal hygiene
  • Actively take part in food and beverage support requirement
  • Adhere and follow standards in accordance with Four Seasons policies.

What You Will Bring:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in the similar
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Strong administrative abilities, knowledge of different F&B and Hotel software is an advantage
  • Attention to the details and strong communication skills
