Assistant Human Resources Manager at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai plays a vital role in supporting Human Resources Manager and the entire HR department’s daily operations and contributing to the overall employee experience. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations and performance management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Marriott International’s HR policies, and administering benefits programs. The Assistant HR Manager also acts as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, they contribute to developing and implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, promote a positive work environment, and support the hotel’s strategic business objectives.
