Your main responsibilities are:
- Manage and coordinate Field Service and Workshop invoice activities.
- Cooperate with Service Coordinator/Commissioning Manager/Workshop Team Leader/FS Resource Manager in daily administrative work.
- Act as contact person for customer during the invoice process.
- Interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
- Follow-up and report the status of the invoice process to customer or relevant internal stakeholders.
- Close cooperation with related functions e.g., Service Development and Finance.
- Ensuring continuous quality development and process optimization.

- Strong safety-first mind-set.
- Technical background related to Marine Engineering with SAP and CRM experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills and customer understanding.
- Good organizational skills and customer empathy, combined with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrable team working skills and the ability to adjust and re-plan in dynamic situations.
- Strong Cost awareness & effectiveness.
- Strong ability to follow directions and work under pressure.
- Reporting and analyzing skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English.
- College degree or above.
