Overview
Job Description:
- Manpower forecast, monitor, manage records and documentation:
- Plan and organize staff requirements to ensure availability of resources for short-term & long term, permanent & temporary per contract-based requirements and ensure all processes are followed based on SOPs, KPI’s and HSE regulations.
- Monitor day-to-day duty of staff activities, prepare Schedule/Roster for deploying staff and maintain annual leave plan, liaise with team on all related tasks.
- Identify any potential shortfalls/excess staff and find out appropriate solutions for client requirement including events.
- Update LINE Manager & HR for manpower status on a daily basis to control short/excess staff.
- Ensure manpower is planned effectively in order to control overtime and reduce using staff working on day-offs.
- Controlling cost of each resource per client and including maintaining of staff log to identify man-days/hours spent on each contract with an aim for cost control and avoid overspending. Intimate Line Manager when deviation noticed.
- Submission of attendance records, job charts for permanent and temporary service requirement and extend support in invoice follow-up.
- Act as a point of contact between company and client to resolve issues i.e., operational, contractual and billing in a timely manner and ensure all the job chart soft copies to be submitted to Finance Dept. before 10th of every month and subsequently, Submission of productivity report on 08 th of every month to finance/management, submission of signed job charts of each account on/or before the cut of date.
- Planning & Safety
- Conduct site survey, prepare assessment reports and identify suitable solutions based on requirements and site conditions.
- Handle and monitor site base risk in compliance with HSE standard.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation with the internal and external stakeholder.
- Communicate with LINE Manager, Peers, or Subordinates, provide information to LINE Manager and co-workers in the written form. Provide uninterrupted communication to facilitate services through meetings to ensure that company interest is protected with all client/contracts at all the time.
- Work effectively with sales team in order to provide/maintain continuity of customer relations and deliver efficient service. Conduct weekly meetings with team consistently.
- Mobilization and Supervision
- Responsible to plan, prepare, mobilize manage, and communicate as one point of contact for physical manpower services milestones with implementation for both short-term & long term, permanent & temporary, follow up with team until the new resource fully handed over to the client and recommend solutions to control manpower shortages and excess.
- Plan, Develop and Implement continuous training program to train Supervisors for efficient post-to-post inspections.
- Oversee / monitor uniform and other accessories issuance in coordination with procurement.
- Client Relationship Management / Report
- Develop and maintain healthy relationship with clients with a goal to increase revenue for the company which may include client’s new requirement request and existing contract updation and support. Manage client meetings.
- Submit Monthly resource utilization report to each LINE Managers.
Required Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years experience, preferably in staffing / manpower supply
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- UAE Driving License
