KILONEWTONS, a dynamic and top company in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. If you’re passionate about numbers, thrive in a structured environment, and want to contribute to our financial success, this role is for you!

Your Key Responsibilities
📊 Financial Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or Oracle)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting standards

💼 Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor client payments and follow up on overdue accounts

📑 Payroll & Compliance:

  • Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies
  • Support internal and external audits

📈 Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Provide insights to management for informed decision-making

What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
✔ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and MS Excel (advanced functions)
✔ Strong understanding of UAE VAT and general accounting principles
✔ Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
