About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
  • Book accruals and ensure all checklist items are recorded at the month end closing
  • Perform supplier reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
  • Record payments efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal financial policies
  • Handle the bookkeeping of portal expenses and petty cash transactions
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments
  • Support with ad hoc administrative and financial requirements as needed

Requirements:

  • Language: fluent in Tagalog and fluent in English
  • 4+ years of experience in Accounting
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • ERP experience (Odoo, Dynamics)
  • Knowledgeable in maintaining accounting policies and procedures
