PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To sell tyres and batteries and promote Company image.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visits customers following a journey plan and covering certain areas on certain days.
- Prepares daily sales report for submission to Sales Manager on daily basis.
- Processes credit application for new customers.
- Collects PDC, LPO, cash from customers and issues manual receipts.
- Coordinates with the Sales Coordinator / Secretary to prepare quotations.
- Answers telephone inquiries and deals with customer problems.
- Passes orders to counter sales to generate invoice and contact warehouse; also liaises with warehouse to advice priority.
- Follows the quality assurance procedures.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Line Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in tyre sales with a reputed dealer in GCC.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and Asian languages a advantage.
- Computer literate
- Graduate preferably Engineer.
- Driving license.
