A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting for a Financial Analyst to be based in Dubai, UAE.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate necessary actions to maximize financial KPI’s. Attention to detail is critical.
- Supports in evaluating growth initiatives, resource optimization and market expansion projects.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing and recommending actions to improve revenue, margins, OpEx and OI.
- Identifies shipping risks and delays, Incoterms and other supply chain issues that impact our ability to meet cut-off deadlines and forecast delivery that effects customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
- Implement pricing tools to improve pricing decisions, while considering company policies and remain compliant.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate data on products, costs, and markets to support development and presentation of appropriate pricing strategies.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team and continuously improves his/her skills.
- Results oriented, strong economic and business orientation with bottom-line focus.
- Manage or contribute to regular financial administration activities in line with the role’s responsibilities, including reconciliations, pricing, ad-hoc requests, etc.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- University graduate with advanced degrees a plus.
- Previous experience in Finance/Accounting of at least 2-4 years with international company is preferred.
- CPA, CIMA, ACCA or similar designation a plus; U.S. GAAP understanding preferred.
- Candidate must be fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good team player, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, hard-working, and creative.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills, high level of intelligence and agile enough to be comfortable in participative problem-solving environments.
- Ensure Marketing budgets are tracking accordingly to plan.
- Conducts weekly business review and support in monthly business reviews.
