HR Generalist role is responsible primarily for implementing and managing daily HR operational activities. In addition, the candidate is going to handle recruitment, employee services, third parties and other employee engagement activities. Moreover, coordination of talent development and performance management activities are key inclusive of on-boarding, orientation, off-boarding, disciplinaries, performance appraisal and preparing for audits.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible of the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure that data on the payroll and HR systems are always Up-To-Date
  • Responsible for payroll inputs, matters, Leave management across the organization
  • Responsible for the medical insurance to be provided on time and as per eligibility criteria
  • Handle staff transfer and promotions in coordination with the Human Resources Manager
  • Assist in the preparation and the execution of annual events and learning & development programs across the organization
  • Responsible for all the 360-recruitment process from opening vacancies, sourcing, offering and on-boarding
  • Run and administer the performance appraisal cycle
  • Coordinate learning & development activities such as gap analysis, training sessions, facilitation of trainings
  • Update policies and procedures and forms regularly to be as per country labour laws
  • Conduct disciplinary meetings and investigations
  • Perform new joiners orientation and complete on-boarding
  • Manage employee files and documentation
  • Assist in drafting letters and personnel documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
