- Managing the entire IT infrastructure of the organization and its subsidiaries
- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software
- Overseeing all IP telephony, networks, applications, database, printers, and scanners
- Planning and undertaking regular and scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Conducting regular health checks on servers, Mac/Windows machines
- Arranging daily system backups, archives and responding to breakdowns
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles, configuring passwords
- Maintain close collaboration with vendors and computer users
- Manage and troubleshooting Cisco LAN/WAN network systems
- Support various applications implemented in the entire organization
- Managing FortiGate Firewalls including VPNs and routing policies
- Providing consistent remote access support
- Documenting and maintaining current inventory of IT assets
- Capable of visiting other remote offices to solve IT issues, if required
- Adept in forecasting and budgeting for growing in-house IT requirements
- Flexible and be able to work in a highly dynamic organization
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and highly presentable
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelors in Information Technology
- Certifications: Microsoft and Cisco
- Experience: 5 years +
- UAE driving license
