Overview

Key job responsibilities: The candidate shall act as a finance business partner for quick commerce and across a variety of new programs and processes.

  • Lead planning and performance reviews for the country and various programs you are responsible for.
  • Create and build models to manage and deliver the plan for growth and profitability. Hold teams accountable for their designed KPIs .
  • Deliver meaningful insight and practical recommendations, in addition to sound financial data analysis, to inform and influence business decisions.
  • Deliver accurate financial information and key financial reporting to senior management
  • Represent Finance in MBRs, QBRs with narrative on performance.
  • Evaluation of Initiatives: Analyze various ‘initiatives’ agreed with Category, Country, and program teams. Identify and document learnings, and share with the teams for better planning.
  • Build processes, tools, dashboard to support the business and improve decision making
  • Understand the inherent limitations of data and exercise judgment to make trade-offs between timeliness and accuracy of analysis and how to best synthesize findings.
  • Work with product managers to influence new program requirements and business decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
  • Experience designing and implementing controls or experience performing audits over financial reporting environment
  • Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
  • Experience working with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
