About the job
The HR Budget & Reporting Specialist ME will coordinate the payroll cost controlling and forecasting and reporting data for FENDI at regional level, liaising with the Finance department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out constant internal / LVMH Group / external compensation and benefits benchmarking and provide analysis to the Regional HRD to meet business objectives.
- Responsible for preparing, controlling and analyzing the payroll costs budget and forecast for FENDI stores and the HR function specific budgets.
- Work in partnership with the Regional HR Manager to prepare and submit LVMH HR reports such as: Headcount reports, FTE reports, Turnover reports, monthly & Annual reports, Employees’ performance / Store performance, HR Dashboard.
- Define and implement FENDI guidelines for annual salary review proposals; coordinate with the various functions to collect and consolidate the individual proposal for the compensation review.
- Develop compensation & benefit packages for Expatriates & local candidates.
- Provide Assistance to the HR Manager in Job Evaluation and Job Mapping Projects.
- Monitor the monthly PNL closing in terms of payroll cost controlling in coordination with the HRMs.
- Monitor monthly the HR functional budget by countries in coordination with the HRM.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on specific HR metrics, including operational reporting, scorecards, dashboards and key performance indicators related to retail sales teams’ data.
- Development of ad-hoc initiatives to animate the retail network and facilitate the achievement of business goals such as special incentives, contests, etc.
Profile
- English fluent , Arabic is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office –particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; presentation and platform skills preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 2 – 3 years of related work experience.
