Overview

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set targets and align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to secure new business deals and partnerships, while ensuring that these are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development progress and outcomes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, finance, and marketing team.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the management.

WHAT WE NEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, wholesale sales, or a related field within the home or furniture industry in the UAE.
