We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a leading FMCG company based in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and a solid understanding of UAE-based financial regulations. Prior experience in the FMCG sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and financial regulations
  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow and cost control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
  • Utilize ERP systems for efficient financial management and reporting
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • UAE-based work experience is mandatory
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA
