Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Office administration, secretarial, reception duties, petty cash handling, basic accounting entry.
- Experience on tally is a must.
- Good communication skills, presentable, and flexible in handling multi-tasking role.
- Prior working experience in a Construction company preferred.
- Prepare or review work papers and drafts of the financial statements.
- You’ll produce client deliverables, specifically drafting the report to management.

- You’ll ensure associates understand their responsibilities and have received excellent on-the-job coaching.
- Setting costing and suggesting pricing based on benchmarks for new assignments.
- Coordinate with other departments and provide valuable information and feedback.
- Make sure all bills regardless of personal and company are settled on time.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
