Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
– Oversee employee performance management systems, including appraisals, disciplinary actions, and promotions.
– Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including adherence to labor laws and regulations.
– Nurture a positive working environment by fostering employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
– Develop and monitor overall HR policies and procedures across all departments.
– Conduct training needs assessment and coordinate the implementation of training programs.
– Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
– Assist in budget management for HR-related expenses.
– Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
– Develop and monitor HR metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
– Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are integrated with overall company objectives.
