Senior Accountant Job Description:
Responsibilities
Prepare intercompany reconciliation of Holding, Investment and Real Estate companies and recording transactions
Prepare bank reconciliation & recording bank transactions
Review and post payments received against Invoices
Update Fixed Assets register and recording monthly depreciation/amortization
Update prepaid register and recording monthly expense
Prepare Utilities payments voucher and getting approval
Prepare bank transfers at bank portal and arrange approvals
Verify supplier payment documents
Prepare vouchers for rental (labour camp) payment receipts
Prepare payroll for the employees of Holding and Invest Co.
Upload Bank transfer file at bank portal for employees’ salaries
Provide supporting documents to Auditors during Audit
Update Contracts Schedule for Real Estate Companies
Update Contracts for Real Estate Companies and record PDCs
Maintaining record of original PDCs received from tenants and timely deposit in the bank
Prepare Tenancy Contracts and registration with municipality
Handing over and recovery of Laundry keys, WIFI tokens details to tenants
Prepare Sales commission report for sales agents of real estate companies
Timely recording of related party funds transfers in books
Prepare documents for opening and closing of bank account and KYC compliance
