• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting & long-term strategic planning.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against established targets and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in k12 Education Industry

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in a related field
• Professionally Qualified ICAI ( additional CFA certification will be plus, not mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
