Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for supporting the in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of different activities, databases are updated, and files are in compliance with the company and government requirements,

Principal Accountabilities

  • Providing administrative support such as raising purchase orders, processing GRN and invoices, and following up internally on approvals as well as externally with vendors and suppliers.
  • Arrange courier & dispatching.
  • Setting up meetings whenever required.
  • Registering new vendors on the system.
  • Negotiating contracts.
  • Analysing & audit monthly bills
  • Supporting with contracts and agreements for new vendors
  • Coordinating between the different functions and ensuring that deliverables are met.
  • Filing and Record Tracking.

Qualifications

  • Strong English and written communication skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in admin and budget management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, Data Analysis, preparing PowerPoint Presentations.
  • SAP & Ariba experience is a plus.
  • ngagement activities.
  • Establish good alliance with suppliers and contractors and doing regular follow ups to ensure good and timely services.
  • Negotiate contracts related to garbage collection, file storage, manpower, electrical, plumbing, office repair & maintenance, drinking water, etc; and process the renewal every year.
  • Support in driving internal communication agenda.
  • Look for suppliers and conduct quality check on uniform requirements of frontlines employees in sales and logistics.
  • Highlight all challenges with potential improvements and propose solution.
