The role itself involves:
- Establishing customer relationships and actioning customer queries
- Monitoring and managing lease events
- Ensuring all lease information is up to date in our databases
- Billing, receiving and monitoring customer rentals and other charges
- Working closely with other DAE teams
Training will be provided from our experienced colleagues in the function. Suitable candidates for this role will demonstrate the following:
- Enthusiasm, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Background in Finance or Accounting is preferable
- IT skills including MS Office
