Role: Operational Risk (Consultant / Senior Consultant)
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master degree in Risk Management/ Finance/Business with 3-6 years of experience in OR Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and/or Credit Risk Management functions in Banks or Risk Consulting

Skills And Experience
- Demonstrating understanding of business processes, regulatory requirements, internal controls risk management, and related standards
- Understanding of risk management related to banks, exchange companies, and other financial services companies
- Knowledge of the structure and roles within the risk function at a bank or any other financial services institution including execution and oversight processes, risk assessment, reporting, controls, and testing
- Has a working knowledge of OR management tools such as Incident Management Reports, Key Risk Indicators, and Risk Control Self-Assessments
- Implementation of regulatory policies and procedures. Has knowledge of CBUAE guidelines and Basel requirements for Operational Risk (Basel II, III, IV, and Pillar 2 ICAAP knowledge). Familiarity with BCBS Principles and BCBS releases
- Has assisted in GRC system implementation for Banks or Financial institutions
- Good Communication skills and ability to develop interpersonal relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Broad Risk Management framework assessments and implementation
- Regulatory reporting
- High competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
