The position we are looking to fill is Sales Executive in the UAE, and we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- To be in the UAE with a valid driving license and a car is a must.
- Experience: Look for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce sales or related fields.
- Sales Skills: The candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. They should be able to demonstrate their ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of the eCommerce platform and the products being sold is essential. This will help the sales executive better understand customer needs and respond to their queries effectively
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must-have for an eCommerce sales executive. They should be able to communicate with customers via various channels such as email, phone, chat, and in-person.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical skills are crucial for eCommerce sales executives. They should be able to analyze data related to sales, customer behavior, and trends to make informed decisions.
- Time Management Skills: The eCommerce sales executive should be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively to ensure that they meet their targets.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not always required.
- Technology Skills: eCommerce sales executives should be comfortable working with technology, including eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
