For our new office in Dubai (Business Bay), we are looking for a HR/Admin Manager 100% (m/f) with experience in the middle East.
The ideal candidate will cover a administrative role, being responsible for the HR management of the entity and following daily administrative tasks such as office management, invoices follow-up, etc. He/she will be reporting directly to the UAE General Manager. Accounting skills would be a plus.
His/her Responsibilities Will Be
- Responsible for the HR activities of the entity
- Hiring
- Employment offers
- HR follow-up (leaves, expenses, etc.)
- Office management
- Accounting or records bookkeeping
Job Requirements
- The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in UAE in similar tasks
- Communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English is essential
- Strong ability to manage time efficiently while multi-tasking
- Team player with good interpersonal communication skill and professional attitude
