Job Summary
To independently perform finance operational activities such as administering dealer credits, executing approved non-standard payment terms for dealers, addressing dealer invoicing issues, etc.
To manage and organize data for reporting to key stakeholders including senior management.
To automate financial analysis & recommendations through data preparation, analysis and automation
To participate in and lead, in some cases, lean projects that will ensure efficiencies in Finance Operational activities.
To execute governance and compliance related activities such as supporting internal audit processes, execute record retention for Caterpillar, etc.
To support all activities related to the implementation of financing solutions activities for Caterpillar.
The candidate is expected to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the performance of his/ her duties.
Deliver on all activities in a timely manner and at the right quality
What You Will Do
This position may include some or all the following: Operations Support
Implement the following activities as well as those that may be assigned from time to time:
- Dealer Performance Governance: Dealer Profile and Dealer Scorecard Management
- Administration of Dealer Financial Reporting Tool
- Administration of Dealer Credits and managing Dealer Requests for Payment
- Past Due Management and Past Due Interest Administration
- Credit Blocks Management
- Data Requests Management
- Deliver Dealer Executive Summary Report
- Administration of Extended Payment Terms for Dealers
Financing Solutions Support The Enterprise Strategy By Managing Specific Financing Programs
- Implement monthly drawdown requirements of the existing Financing Programs
- Support the governance of the existing Financing Programs
- Support the renewal of existing Financing Programs
- Support in developing new Financing Programs
Others
The incumbent will be called upon from time to time to support various projects within the organization
You Will Have Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or accounting college degree.
- Minimum three (3) years practical experience
- SQL knowledge: intermediate (data extraction, cleansing, joins /union, calculations…), knowledge in Alteryx would be a plus
- Data visualization: intermediate (Tableau and/or PowerBI reporting)
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, mainly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good Communication and Presentation skills
- Data Analytical skills
- Ability to work with a diverse workforce within the company and dealer management.
