This role is for our brand-new healthcare entity.
Operations Executives Are Brand Ambassadors and should ensure that company protocols are being met with the highest standards. You are expected to work in the interests of the company and use your experience and training to ensure best practice and company policies are followed by all.
A glimpse of your typical workday
Responsible for sourcing and hiring high caliber healthcare professionals and support staff while ensuring compliance with UAE’s labor law and health authority’s licensing criteria and process.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on best practice recruitment and selection techniques. Researching and appropriate use of recruitment channels such as agencies, job boards, social media etc. considering the recruitment budget.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.
• Responsible for processing all types of Dubai Health Authority’s licensing applications through Dubai Health Licensing System (Sheryan).
• Handle the entire process of the healthcare professional licensing; registering new account & completing the initial assessment to verify professional’s eligibility to apply, credentialing through a third-party service provider, Data Flow Group who’s specialized in Primary Source Verification (PSV) solutions that runs thorough checks on the educational backgrounds and credentials of all professionals and ensure that only the most genuine profiles make it to the Dubai Medical Registry, DHA examination procedure and license activation.
• Supervising and inspecting healthcare professionals’ Continuous Professional Development (CPD) compliance which is required to maintain their license.
• Carry out other professional practicing license related transactions including but not limited to registration, re-registration, license upgrade, transfer of health professional license, renewal, and/or cancellation.
• Assisting medical professional employees (at times perform the same on their behalf) with their request to the respective health authority such as obtaining good standing certificates, and any other documents that maybe necessary/required by other regulating authorities in response to the employee queries/application.
• Handling health facility license related transactions including but not limited to new registration, renewal including other facility license applications such as updating & amending i.e., adding speciality, change facility name, ownership, appeal violations (if any)
• Keep up to date with DHA licensing requirements & procedures, including circulars relating to the facility and any changes or updates from the Health Authority.
• Responsible for introducing and integrating a new hire into the company to ensure that every employee adopts the company’s culture, values, and policies.
• Accountable to provide accurate and proper investigation during employee grievance and non-clinical incident and formulation of corrective action plans.
• Complete the offboarding process from conducting exit interviews to analyse concerns and identify retention opportunities, full and final settlements calculation, and cancellation of visa, license and insurance for employees who are exiting the company.
• Manage and maintain the employees’ leave planner for line manager and Director’s approval.
• Interprets, assists, and advises employees regarding leave management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
• Oversee and direct payroll procedures, including overtime calculation for field based employees
• Monitor validity of office licenses, contracts, vehicle registration, insurances, et al and ensure these are valid at all times.
• Receive all letter requests for all employees and prepare upon approval of the Director, as and when required.
• Organizes/supervises supply ordering and inventory, record and file retention, and other related office duties.
• Oversee client care team working schedules in conjunction with client care-team leader
