Job Description:
- Conduct daily/ Monthly surveys.
- Ensure the quality of surveys are authentic.
- Timely daily submission of the survey reports for any action to be taken.
- Customer orientation – Mystery Audit score
- Achieve the commercial and quality targets set by the organization.
- Maintain a high Mystery Shopper Score – Ensure high degree of Customer Satisfaction
- Reduce the number of Customer Complaints on Setup done.
- Growth in MS office business value wise compared to last year.
Requirements:
Experience (Yrs & Field) 1-3 years of experience in Retail
Educational Qualification Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
Skills & Abilities:
Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Communication, SAP knowledge.
