Job Purpose: Responsible for books of accounts, budgeting and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly and annual financial and other reports, review and process accounting vouchers and supporting documents.
- Manage and monitor the company’s accounting reconciliation and assessment activities.
- Lead ad hoc financial analysis and root cause investigations through audit business inputs and processes to ensure that strong financial controls remain fit for purpose.
- Identify operational improvements, deep dive on cost structures, Supervise and guide subordinates
- Facilitate and collaborate with external auditor to complete annual auditing on time
- Provide support to the company management and Group on other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience in Retail/Food and Beverage.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent;
- Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to develop relationships and establish trust with associates at all levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools with advanced knowledge in Excel, financial modelling and analysis techniques.
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions and demonstrated experience managing such mechanisms to an end result
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload Strong financial analysis
Salary Range:
AED12000-AED15000 Plus Other Benefits
