JOB SUMMARY
· To work in partnership with the Senior Management team by providing direction and leadership in the development of Human Resources Policies, Procedures and Strategies of ADNH, to attract, motivate, develop and retain high quality people who will deliver added value.
· To support the Company Management in decision making process related to Human Resources functions
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Manage the execution of the HR strategy and core areas of the HR Department.
- Ensure strict compliance, internally and externally
- Develop HR Policies for ADNH that are consistent with Company’s vision & conforms to the statutory law.
- Review and evaluate HR Policies and market trends to ensure best HR Compensations and Benefits practices in the hospitality industry are implemented.
- Ensure consistent and equitable applications of HR policies
- Participate in the review and consolidate the overall company annual manpower plan.
- Review, analyze and recommend organization manpower changes as per delegation of authority.
- Recommend and administer annual merit increase
- Initiate and review in liaison with CEO/NCHR annual bonus
- Provide recruitment service to acquire qualified and experienced staff considering diversity policy.
- Develop and implement Annual Performance Appraisal process, training and employee career development plans and succession planning in line with company objectives.
- Provide professional HR advice to the Company Management
- Provide professional support and oversee group subsidiaries’ HR Operations
- Advise management & employees on disciplinary actions related to senior roles.
- Lead HR team with regard to all compliance and HR audit requirements.
- Regular contact with Management team on various follow-up matters and ensure that deadlines are met.
