Description:
We are now recruiting a Senior Accountant responsible to handle onsite roles for outsourcing clients of the Company.
Responsibilities:
The role holder primary responsibility will be to assist the client Senior Management Team (CFO etc) by reviewing the financial documents/ records (accounting, legal and Banking etc.). The role critical success factor include performing vetting of document and providing a quality assurance in-terms of completeness and accuracy
- Providing support to the Senior management in vetting the financial document.
- Review the accounting transaction basis the applicable accounting principles and procedure
- Performing a comprehensive quality check on each document and associated documents
- Conduct appropriate checks to ensure testing is completed as scheduled and documented in compliance with departmental standards. Ensuring that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly.
- Ensuring the compliance with organizational policy and procedures as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
- Perform and review the document for any fraud risk indicators and apply analytical judgement to determine potential business / financial impact and appropriate risk mitigation
- Driver for continuous improvement of the control environment within finance documentation process.
- May assists with ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements as they arise
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Acting as a principal point of contact with onsite team of Acquara / Client
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintains strategic & tactical relationship with the client teams to build confidence and trust in Acquara and ensure their needs are understood and services are delivered effectively while sustaining the existing contractual (SLA) targets.
- Proven successes in building, growing and improving profitability, performance & value to business.
Operation management:
- Ensure services meet or exceed standards specified in the Client contracts/ defined SLA’s.
- Identifying risks/challenges and developing mitigation plans to ensure smooth and seamless operation between the Acquara and the client.
- Drives continual improvement projects within process to ensure better efficiencies.
Key relationships
Internal – Leadership team at Acqura, AVP/ VP, Manager, other finance staff.
External – Client Senior Management, Staff members, External / Internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- C.A/ACA with Post Qualification experience (3+ years). The jobholder must have substantial direct relevant experience in a financial environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management exposure. Management of Service delivery, Client / External stakeholder Management
- Good Analytical Skills, ability to work independently
- Knowledge of ERP and accounting software’s
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
