Role Summary
We are looking for aย Project Manager – Operation Excellenceย to join our team and be part of our growth. If youโre a team leader who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.
You will own all operational projects for Local Shops, ensuring the right opportunities are prioritised within global, regional and local teams. Work with the other function Project Managers to scope, plan and deliver projects that improve operational KPIs.
Whatโs On Your Plate?
- Own all operational projects end to end, ensuring each project has the right project cadance (brief, CP etc), right data/impact sizing to drive prioritisation, stakeholder support and the change management documentation to support post-launch
- Control costs and ROI by scoping & tracking project costs, impact and ROI
- Manage operational actions for product roll outs, working with the product PM (experiment, GTM and launch) and the regional Operations Manager to ensure the right processes and procedures are in place
- Provide regular updates to all senior stakeholders along with key blockers and key impact assessments
- Prioritise problems and generate proposals for global teams to drive improvements across product, logistics & operations
- Scope and manage experiments to validate projects where data is not available
- Regularly evaluate opportunities; prioritising regularly based on high level impact sizing and coordinate with other stakeholders to deliver
- Responsible for project planning and coordination across all global teams, regional and local; ensuring that the right projects are prioritised and delivered successfully
- Ensure all projects have the right data/reporting in place to accurately measure impact and ensure this is consistency reviewed
- Work with Heads of NFV to scope and size impact of quarterly business problems/opportunities
- Support initiatives driven by regional NFV team, ensuring that the right cadenace is in place
- Build relationships with regional & central teams to shape the roadmap across vendor fulfilment, inventory management, product & logistics
What Did We Order?
- 5+ years Project management experience, ideally in e-commerce or food/tech business
- Qualified Project Management
- Experience in working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to build relationships, motivate peers and manage upwards
- Ability to work with data, data structures and data infrastructure
- Process know how including creating processes, procedures and frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and ease in navigating through different data sources
