What will you do?
- Ability to handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions as Business Partner including but not limited to administration, colleagues’ engagement and communications, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Maintain an accurate and updated employee database
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, report consolidation
- Interact and communicates with key leaders and stakeholders’ updates, reports and company standard.
- Empathetically listen to colleagues’ queries/concerns and work to find solutions.
