We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources Team.
What we are looking for?
- Full cycle recruitment experience including ability to work with agencies and government entities.
- Attuned with recruitment trends, practices and policies
- Ability to lead and inspire others.
- Efficiency and punctuality.
- A warm and friendly character.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
- Partner with the colleagues and relevant committee team/s for Human Resources engagement program and activities

What will you do?
- Tapping on different sources to generate talent (both internal colleagues and external candidates), outreach recruitment and cold calling.
- Evaluates potential candidates with behavioral and competency-based interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Provide administrative hiring requirements and support.
- Interact and communicates with key leaders and stakeholders’ recruitment updates, reports and company standard.
- Effectively organized recruitment events (either internal or external entities).
- Empathetically listen to colleagues’ queries/concerns and work to find solutions.
