Air Freight
- Document execution
- Coordinating with trucking, DNATA, Airline coordination
- Passing customs declaration
- Certificate of origin preparation
Sea Freight
- Operations handling
- Coordinating with the truck operators, drivers
- Generating e token
- Handling customs inspection
- Visiting customs department for documents related
Other responsibilities:
- Supervision of loading, organizing loading, container positioning, follow the DP world process
- Creating FIRS for food import clearing process, having knowledge of food import process will be added advantage
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in UAE in Shipping (Air Freight, Sea Freight & Road Freight)
- Having knowledge of Dubai chamber of commerce regarding certificate of origin
- Having knowledge of food import process will be added advantage
- UAE driver’s license holder is a must
