Olive Rock Partners is looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will be responsible for the Company’s finance function.
Job Description:
Preparation of internal management accounts, financial projections and budgets
Preparation of financial statements and managing audit processes of certain investment entities, including the Private Equity funds
Quarterly fund accounting and valuation reporting of investments, fund performance data and investor capital accounts for Private Equity funds
Regulatory reporting on a quarterly basis – candidate must be a registered Finance Officer under ADGM or DIFC
Liaising directly with Fund Administrator
SPV accounting, reporting and corporate support
Ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and rules relating to local taxation regulations
Handling of invoices, payroll, employee benefits and monthly bank reconciliations
Requirements:
Relevant accounting qualifications, with minimum 5 years experience in a finance function role in an investment or financial services firm, preferably in the UAE (with ADGM and/or DIFC experience)
The position is based in Abu Dhabi.
