We are seeking an experienced Graduate Engineer to join our team.
Position Overview
To be highly observant individual, with a can-do-approach, and eager to learn and readily add value to the Operational and Commercial areas of the company. Willingness to be placed in various Business Units & Departments to either contribute to the execution of the project or for support associated functions, like Construction Management Systems, Commercial, Business Development, Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE), Material Management, Finance & Asset Management and Human Resource Development. In addition, the Graduate Engineer should have a growth mindset and commitment to long term learning.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the requirements and executing all tasks assigned by the Line Manager
- Interacting, observing Senior Staff, asking questions to learn, and assisting wherever possible
- Applying knowledge gained and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate
- Travelling to different project sites to research and understand the processes
- Attending meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions arranged and led by Department Heads and Senior Managers in the business
- Understanding the application of project technical documentation such as Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Material submittals etc., to analyze and write reports according to specifications
- Taking notes and share your findings with your Line Manager and other relevant stakeholders
- Building strong rapport and professional relationships with other staff and team members in the business
- Strictly following HSE regulations at all times
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
